Our daughters name is Charli Howell. She was born 7/13/14.

Her #1 diagnosis is 10q25.2-q26.3 gain duplication Also: 12p13.33-p13.31 loss deletion and 8 p22 gain

She was born 7-13-14 and weighed 4 pounds 14 ounces. She was so tiny! Charli was not meeting any milestones. We then had genetic testing done. She is now 5 and goes to Easter seals school. This is her third year there and she loves it. She has pt/ot/speech therapy at school.

Charli is about 22 pounds now. She’s extremely flexible. She is non verbal and cannot walk. She can crawl in her own way. She wears afos.

She goes to the dentist every 6 months. She wears glasses but she doesn’t keep them on. Charli uses a gait trainer, has a special bed and bathtub. She’s been having meltdowns lately with biting etc. So that has been frustrating. Other than that she’s a special little girl and she loves her ipad. She loves walks in her Stroller.
